About Me

My approach to therapy is collaborative in order to best accompany you as you develop long-lasting mental health. When people contact me they are interested in deep healing. They are looking to make sense of patterns in their daily lives and to discover where these patterns originated. This allows us to work together to discover how the patterns affect their daily lives and relationships. My job is to accompany you on your journey towards long-lasting mental health by utilizing a comprehensive modern psychodynamic approach to therapy and by using curiosity and a deep respect for the individual process as a support.

Therapy can be of enormous value in decreasing distress. This occurs through insight that allows better understanding of the self. Therapy makes space for the individual to overcome patterns that repeatedly get in the way of living their lives to the fullest. Healing begins by bringing unconscious content to consciousness by making space for the content and by fostering a deeper relationship with the self.

I understand that each human is as unique as a finger print. Therapy provides a healing relationship that places the individual process at the center of the healing process.
